Outstanding customer service, Becky in detail explained process, made herself available after work hours, sharing her cell phone and was available at ALL times. Her crew were professional, understanding and considerate since they were saving what we had left of possessions and inventorying what was unusable in our 3 bedrooms, full basement and 2 car unattached garage home. After 2 years in March 2021 we were able to move back in, watching them during the pack back in, her crew were so careful to not damage our new home, hauling stuff thru the snow, handing off to a coworker waiting inside so as not to track in snow and mud . Cannot thank Becky AND her crew enough, they are ALL the absolute best!!! All the work they did for us was impossible since both myself and husband work full time.
